How care works

1. Day 0 — Full intake — medication list, history, consent.
2. Day 1–4 — Lab kit arrives, or you pick a draw site. Results in about three days.
3. Day 5 — A clinician reads the panel and writes your protocol, or tells you no.
4. Day 7–9 — Medication ships. First dose on a Sunday, by convention.
5. Week 4 — Twenty-minute video review. Dose is adjusted here, or held.
